Luottokortit
Visa-, Master-, Euro- ja OK-kortit kelpaavat.
Ilmoita luottokortin numero ja voimassaoloaika sekä kortin allekirjoituskentässä oleva tarkistusnumerosarja (3 viimeistä numeroa).
Huomaa, että verkkotukikohtamme ei ole "suojattu", joten Luottokunnan ohjeiden mukaan et saisi lähettää meille luottokorttisi tietoja sähköpostitse. Korttitiedot (ja tilauksesi) voit lähettää faxilla (09-3870060) tai soittaa "virka-aikana" puhelimitse (09-3870400, tilauksen haluamme kuitenkin aina kirjallisesti). Tietenkin voit lähettää tilauksen ja korttitiedot myös normaalina kirjepostina (osoite tämän sivun alareunassa).
Jos et maksa luottokortilla, valitsemme oman harkintamme mukaan jomman kumman seuraavista maksuehdoista:
Postiennakko
Pääsääntöinen maksu/toimitustapa uusille, kotimaisille asiakkaille, jotka eivät maksa luottokortilla. Postitoimipaikkassasi saat lähetyksen maksusuoritusta vastaan. Veloitamme suoranaiset, postin meiltä veloittamat postiennakkokulut vakiopostituskulujemme lisäksi.
Lasku, 7 päivää netto
Pääsääntöinen maksutapa vanhoille asiakkaillemme, joiden maksukäyttäytymisessä ei ole ollut huomautettavaa. Pienehköt lähetykset tipahtavat suoraan postiluukustasi, isommat joudut noutamaan postitioimipaikastasi. Lähetyksen mukana on lasku, jonka maksusuorituksen on oltava tilillämme eräpäivään mennessä (eräpäivä = laskun päiväys + 7 päivää).

Credit cards
We accept Visa card, Mastercard and Eurocard.
Tell us your credit card's number and validity date PLUS the 3 last security digits from the signature field.
Please note that our net site is not "secure". Therefore, according to the credit card rules in Finland, you should not send us your card information by an unsecured email (especially not in one, single Email...).
You can send the card information (and your order) by fax to +358-9-3870060.
Of course you can also use regular mail (our address is in the footer of this page).
You can also telephone us the card info to +358-9-3970400 (during Finnish business hours), but your actual order we want to get in writing (email, fax or letter). Shipping will be charged at actual costs, plus EUR 2,- for packing.
Foreign customers:
Advance payment by
International Money Order ("IMO")
If you don't have a credit card, you can use an "IMO". However, this is a rather costly method of payment for us, as our bank charges us approx. EUR 7,- for the cashing of an IMO, so we have to add this extra charge to the invoice. Shipping will be charged at actual costs, plus EUR 2,- for packing.
Send us a request for quotation by email, and we'll send a proforma invoice by return email for advance payment.
P.S. Meillä ei ole mitään erityisiä tilauslomakkeita.
Oletamme, että ne jotka haluavat tilata tuotteitamme,
osaavat kirjoittaa sähköpostiohjelmallaan vapaamuotoisen
tilauksen ilman mitään "rasti ruutuun" -systeemejä,
ja ilmoittaa nimensä, osoitteensa ja puhelinnumeronsa.
P.S. We do not have any order forms. We assume that those who wish to order our products, know how to write a free form order without any "tick a box"-systems.
